You don’t need a special day to make a change in your life. You can do it at any moment or instant of your choosing. The more repetitions and even stumbles on the path to positivity the stronger you get in those aspects. The same can be said for regression but the struggle is what makes things happen both for or against where you want to be.
The important thing is that you are engaged in change that you want to see. If its fitness get out and do something. If its struggling to write more like me then get some words on digital paper. Take a step in someway that reenforces the goal you have in mind. In these steps of meaningful movement you build pathways to where you want to be. Along with learning these steps are key to development that we should be constantly seeking as rogues. Dont discount your own growth off of what others say or hold yourself to someones standard. You grow as you can where you can when you put in the energy and work. Make a list if it helps you of how you have driven to a better place than where you were when you started.
There is a sense in the world today that all change is easy or some pill you take to get where you want to be. The reality is that you get what you put your energy into.
