Shipping policy

Here is what to expect when you order from Rogue Dynamics.

Processing time. Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays go out the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Where we ship. We ship within the United States via USPS. For international orders, email admin@roguedynamics.com and we will sort it out.

Shipping cost. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

Delivery time. Once your order ships, USPS delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location.

Made-to-order items. Custom patches, custom coins, and print-on-demand apparel are produced after you order, so they ship outside the standard window. We will give you a timeline when you place a custom order.

Lost or delayed packages. Once an order ships, delivery is in the carrier's hands. If your package is lost, badly delayed, or arrives damaged, email admin@roguedynamics.com and we will help make it right.
