In our line of work, when someone's a bad person we usually kill them, capture them, or exploit them. If you've ever run a raid, or even bail bonds or warrants, you usually get a small picture of the target. We affectionately call these baseball cards, and the game is collecting the best ones by resolving the issue of the person on the card. With that and a little too much love for Fallout, here's our Baseball Card shirt. Rogues collect the most cards, and only the best cards will do.
